From what I understand you can pick him up from the prison they will let him out really earlyfrom the prison and if no one is there to pick him up then they drop him off at El Centro Bus station.. that is what they told me... I Picked Up A Friend A Couple Of Years Back And I Was Told I Had To Pick Him Up From The Bus Station He Got There Around 9 I Dont Know If It Still The Same Hope This Was Help To U

I think you have to get approval to pick up from the prison. Call the counsler.
