Hello everyone!!!!

I'm back, finally! I got my pass today to conduct job search so I'm in the library sending this to you.

I want to thank everyone that has kept in touch and been penpals with me, you know who you are. Everyone has been great here, can't wait to get back in the swing of things. Still trying to adjust to being free, well semi-free as I'm in a half way house in San Francisco currently.

I'm ready to start being a contributing member again. So if anyone has any questions about the BOP or Sheridan FCI specifically, feel free to ask any questions.

I hope to be on home confinement within the next 45 days, at that time I'll be able to contribute more. I have to keep this brief so I can get back to looking for a job, hehe. It's crazy, I live in Sacramento, but they force you to get a job here in San Francisco before they let you get one in Sacramento. What sense does that make? Get a job for 30 days so you cant quit and then look for one in Sacramento. Makes no sense, but then what do you expect when it comes to the BOP :)

Just noticed this thread! Congrats on your semi-freedom!! Seems like not too long ago, it was your last hours before you reported in at Sheridan. Probably seems longer to you! LOL! I just got off the phone with Shawn, QwkEVO. He is working full time and has his own room. He has not been able to get much time to visit the internet cafe or library due to the limited amount of freedom. He wants everyone to know he hasn't forgotten about his buddies and once May is here, he will be posting every night.

I am going to be sentenced in January to 5 to 9 years and more then likley going to a camp. Is there any way of knowing if your going to a camp or prison ? Also a halfway house, do you go to that once all yout time is up. or is that part of your time ?

I got excited when I saw a post in this thread. Haven't heard from Shawn in months. Hope he's OK.
