I sent my man some sexy photos a while back and they were returned to me. I wasn't naked in them (just topless) He told me that they (inmates) are allowed to get butt shots and stuff. I don't get what makes boobs more scandalous than butts. Does anyone know what the rules are for NY??? He wants me to send more, but I don't know what he can get and I don't feel like wasting my time again. Thanks!:D ~Gina

As far as I know there are no naked pics allowed. Not even a photo copy scan of your butt.

did they change the rules in the last few years? i know his brother used to send him dirty magazines. he told me they letin butt shots. i wish i could call the DOC and find out, but i dont think they would like that, LOL ~Gina

I'm not sure if they changed the rules or not... I'm new at this... just letting you know what I tried to send and it came back to me... In BIG Black magic marker... NO NUDE PICS ALLOWED!

X-rated magazines are acceptable, but no x-rated personal photos are. You can have pictures of you in bras and panties and lingerie as long as all the "parts" are covered. Hope that helps.

ok ms g-string, i know this is embarrasing for me to say but hell if it will help other members so be it!! Awhile back i took some rather XXX type pics for my man. What i did was use the Poloraoid I-Zone camera and being that the pics are very small, i stuck them in between the pages of a magaizine i took him. and guess what??? it worked!! :-D

my husband got naked pics i stuck them between letters and magazines.

I sent a few photos to my husband but I xeroxed them and wrote on the paper like stationary. if you haave a high quality photo copier, it is almost as good as a hard copy. Just incase they catch the photos in the magazine. if you are anything like me, bad luck follows...hahaha
Just think of this as plan B.

Mimi is correct about no nudity but I did get away with some poloroids about two years ago and he had them up till a few months ago when a female c.o. discovered them and made him destroy them right then and there. He was able to keep the ones where i had a bra and panties though.

I think the rules for personal pictures include no full frontal nudity. Magazines are allowed as long as there is no penetration shots.

my husband received naked photos and i dont know how he got them of his ex-girlfriend... she started to visit him in 1999 and i dont know how she sent them but he told me he had them and mailed it back to her. she wanted them back when he wanted to be with me.

Well, I got my XXX pics in because my man is friends with the guy in the mailroom, :). I just had to put a little smiley face on the envelope, so that the guy would know. What was soooooo embarrassing though, is I sent them through the first time and the mailroom guy didn't know they were in that particular letter, as there was no smiley face on them. So, the letter went through, CO's got wind of the pics and sure nuff', I got them back in the mail. Well, you KNOW my man was PISSED at me! He ended up getting them though, so it's cool now :). But, the first time I went to see him AFTER the pics got sent back, we're getting ready for click-click, right and the CO's told him "no naked pictures this time". I WAS TOO THROUGH!!!! I was like "OH MY GOD! Did THEY see my pics?". Then thought to myself "you #$@ @@#$$....hope you enjoyed EVERY minute of those pictures".

P.S. I remember what I did one time when my kids father was in....I sent him an XXX magazine and got an (interracial like us) couple in "doggy style" and took my picture and put it on the head of the female and put his picture on the head of the guy....HE LOVED THAT!!!!!!!!

I got some to Johnny but it was awhile back and it actually caused a lot of problems cause one of the CO's held onto them at his desk for awhile.
