My son said he had heard a rumor that they are starting a new program for inmates that complte different programs some time reductions those antone know if this is true or is this another cruel rumor

The only time reduction program that I've heard of is a year off for completing drug rehab while inside. But I think that has to be part of the sentencing agreement before going in.

Otherwise nothing new except a bill that was proposed to move out men over 60 years of age (reduce cost of incarceration due to their medical bills).

Someone else might know of new legislation.
