Tonight I got a shock and 1/2.... Avenal is mentioned in the beginning 10 minutes of InJustice on ABC coming on at 9pm ... it just made me go :eek: I was getting whip lash turning my head to the TV lol....

Thanks for the head's up, I'll have to watch it. Was it good? I was afraid if I watched it I would just end up crying!

Yes it was good, and I always end up doing the :cry: :cry: thing when they get released. It's very very good tonight but honestly NEXT weeks looks more like a tear jerker to me about a 15 year old kid :( Remember it is in the first 10 minutes she tells about him being transfered from Avenal to Mule Creek

Yeah...Transferred from Avenal to Mule Creek and placed in PC (Protective Custody). Single cell status, 23/7. Then he winds up beaten and the COs just "found him in his cell" like that......Uhhhh........hello SVSP? Somebody connected to the show has some background here, and it's not from the "green team". The show is entertaining if nothing else. Gosh. How some of us become "experts" over time, eh?

Yeah....A couple of years ago, I happened to meet the first juvenile tried as an adult in California, that was his legacy. He was working as a porter at San Francisco International Airport. It was not a happy experience for him.

Probably just a one time thing. Next up maybe they'll mention Corcoran because San Quentin is just too easy. The show is supposed to be based in Oakland, Calif.
