I don't know how to word this, so, I hope you understand what I'm asking. If someone is on parole from one state and violates it by doing something illegal in another state, how can you get the parole moved to the state where he/she did something illegal so that there is possibility of a concurrent sentence?
By the way, I called my boyfriends parole officer tonight and we had a long conversation about my boyfriend. He decided since I was so honest with him, he will drop my boyfriend's case in Louisiana (my boyfriend served time in Texas, but, had paroled to Louisiana). The parole officer said though that the parole violation will be served in Texas because he expedited it or something like that..basically he decided today (before I talked to him) to stop working with my boyfriend. So, yeah, I don't really know what case was left in Louisiana, but, that's awesome that it was dropped and something good finally happened.
