Ok....Paul talked to his counselor (Escobar) and was told that the credits were restored as of 12/14 back to a release date of 1/14/06. Paul still has not been notified of his release date yet though, he is still working. I guess he was told by his counselor that he would have to wait until 1/15 to be able to file a 602 if he is not released on time. I tried to contact Hurdle and he is out of the office till the 17th. I am calling Pauls counselor tomorrow. Who else would I contact regarding this? I am freaking out.

Call the warden's office at ext. 5001. She has TWO assistant's now instead of one. Maybe one of them can help.

Thanks Nanoguy. I called and spoke to his counselor today and he told me "I have done all that I am responsible for":blah:. Then I asked who WAS responsible for the processing and was transferred to the records analyst who told me that as far as she could see Paul had only recieved a partial restoration....to 2/4/06 not the full making it 1/14. He has got in no further trouble and has worked everyday!! So something just isnt adding up. I will be calling the wardens office in the morning. Thanks again. At the worst I figure what is 28 more days at this point.

I talked to Paul tonight and he informed me that he has paperwork that states he was given the full 90 day credit restoration.....so I am just not understanding why they have only given him 1/3. I feel like screaming. WTF! I am sooooooo pissed. I hope the wardens office will be able to straighten this out.:(

No. Paul was taking the train home anyway. I talked to everybody, the wardens office, 2 lieutenants, CCII, the head of the records analyst office and this is the bottom line....because he had a 115 when he got a 115 he only gets 1/3 of the time restored. So we have a new date 2/5/06....YAY:(. Its only 24 and a wake up. I also have an email into Hurdle...but he is out of the office till the 17th. Its ok.....we can do this.:thumbsup:

That sucks, but 25 days is nothing....and just think, he will be home for Valentine's Day!!!!!

Ya....thats what I told myself, 25 days is nothing. So many of you all are waiting much, much longer and I don't feel I should complain. And I was thinking that it will be just in time for Valentines Day....so I can buy lots of sweetheart gifts!!!! Thank you for being so supportive!!!!
