This link is probably what you are looking for. It is not possible to call them. You have to write them, but you can read about the rules for contact on their homepage. I know they only take on a few cases but it can't hurt to try!

My sweetie was in contact with this group a year ago and they all agreed that they thought he was wrongful convicted. But they couldn't help him bacause he still has some appeals left.
