I know it is still like 3 months....BUT omg am I excited. I am already trying to book a room for the day he gets out, plan what we we do ....the rest of the day (grin)....just ALL OF IT!!!!!! Thanks everyone!

Excellent point, I honestly hadn't thought about it in just those terms. I have asked my b/f several times lately in letters if he is counting down the days, but he says that he just takes it one day at a time.

He does say that he thinks about all the things he wants to do when he gets out and that he is making long-range plans for his life.

I do wonder if he ever worries that he won't make it, or anything like that. I would never say that to him because I don't want to put fears in his mind this close to the end of this whole nightmare.

I'm just happy that he is coming home and I'm happy for you guys too! :)

37 days and I am definately freaking out. I found out why he is in the hole and I'm very upset about it. I'm even having fleeting thoughts that it would be better for him to go to his mothers house for a bit upon release.....I am so sad and hurt and most definately CONFUSED. We had a BIG blow out in September about this very thing and he assured me that it was a big misunderstanding.......and that he would NEVER lie to me about it anymore.........looks like he has and the real wrench is.....with him being in the hole...I can't even talk to him about it. But I don't think it is possible for him to tell the truth.....I wish I had a crystal ball and could just get a glimpse of the future. Hell........counting down isn't even fun these days. So Sad.......

34 days girls and I AM doing good. Still don't know what the heck is going on BUT I am sure that he will get my letter today! :shake: He's not gonna be happy to know that I have found out these things. He did not tell me any of this though.....I found out when the dude he got it from called my house and ask ME for MORE money to pay for it! WTF????? I will NOT....it ain't gonna happen. He has no clue that any of this is going on.......I love him but I will not put myself or my children in and around a situation like that. It sucks....I was really hoping for the best for all of us. Yes I am the happiest woman but we have already had our moments. The German/Irish in him makes him want to do everything at once!!! He is like the energizer bunnie. He cleaned out the whole 2 an a1/2 garage, tore out the fireplace, and put up two new doors on the front of the house so be r3adyto have lots for him to do to keep him busy!!

32 days left and I have alot of things I ant to accomplish over the next two days. Besides just lookin after the farms.....I am in the process of remodeling the entire basement as my master suite. Bedroom, bathroom & closert and that is about 800 square feet. I have a wall that needs to be painted......alot of lumber to carry to the garage, building some shelves in the garage and my very bestest friend in the whole world (best friends since jr. high) stayed the night and she is helping me. I can totally relate to everything you said in this post. I was married for 9 years and separated for two before my divorce was final. It has been a while since I have had to share my space with anyone especially a man. Well, he did spend the night here alot before, but that was different because he wasn't actually living here...LOL

Every time I talk to my mom she asks "How much longer?" and it suddenly hits me like a tons of bricks how quickly the day will be here. I can't wait, but when I dwell on it I freak out a little. Emotional roller-coaster...BIG TIME! I try to stay busy to keep my mind off of it most of the time.

Hey All......I am sorry to have been such a slacker the last couple of days but things are not good around here. My 15 year old daughter has been very sick.....the doctor's office kept telling me that they have NO openings but it did not neccesitate a trip to the emergency room. Poor thing threw up ALL afternoon yesterday. most of the night, and I woke up at 5 am and she was (already/still) in the bathroom........Her fever was 102. At that point I was just looking after her but not freaking to awful bad.......Well NOW I am FREAKING her fever has went up to 104.1 and I have called the doctor back and they finally agreed to see her at 2:45 pm so I am about ready to take off with her.....she is totally dehydrated and had NOT eaten anything for well over 24 hours. She is just exhausted from the fever....I will try to catch up with all my "hollers" later tonight. Take care and just remember that even though I am not posting with you everyday......I am still thinking about each and everyone of you. mcuh love to all and thank you for holding the count down for me.

Oh girl I am sorry to hear about your daughter being sick! When I went to pick up my son he had yellow gook coming out of his eyes so I can relate. Once again good ole cincinnati, good for there sinuses. If you didn't have problems with them you will once you live here. Hope everything is o.k. 22 days!!!! Almost in the teens!!!

He is not sure that he has changed his "bad habits" and I am sure that I don't want no part of it in my life. He understands that I have teenaged children that are my world and they are at a very impressionable age. I am still gonna continue "HIS" countdown for him because I am so glad for him. Ladies...........I have some very bad news. Robbie and I have been talking ALOT over the past couple of days......BUT this morning I received a phone call from him and immediatety I knew something was wrong. He said that the Lt. at the camp where he is pulled him out of his cell at 11:15 pm last night.........His father has suddenly became very ill and was in the hospital on life support......He called again this morning to let me know that his father passed away at 8:36am this morning. I am so very sad. 17 lousy days before he was to go visit them........My Robbie is a mess right now. I may not be around for a few days BUT would like to ask all my girls to keep Robbie, his brother Floyd and their Mother Mary in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you for everything. Many hugs to all!

Today was the funeral :-( I am just a mess. Thank you all for hanging in there with me. Robbie is doing a bit better........his brother Floyd is NOT doing so well. Rob & Floyd are at least at the same institution and are able to grieve together. They both feel absolutely helpless and feel so bad for their mother. It is so sad to talk with them.
****Good news Girls.......I am eligible to visit after April 2nd (my 5 years away from DOC will be up) Since Robbie is going to be out.....I'm going to visit with Floyd and keep him company for the rest of his time. I talked with their mother and she says she thinks Floyd needs someone right now so here I go again. Robbie thinks it may be a good idea as well. We have all been friends for around 10 years....it's like family! Again....thanks for continuing Robbie's countdown!

:wave::wave::wave:Hello all...........OMG! :D That is all I can even think to say! I went to see Robbie on Saturday. I had talked with him on the phone alot but seeing him was so much different than I thought it would be. He looked sooooo good! :drool: We were at his mothers house and I had the 2 girls with me......he was so happy to see us! We laughed and cried and acted just as goofy as we ever did....:rock:We went to dinner and took the girls to a movie. I walked outside with him to smoke and as soon as we were away from the girls............He broke. He grabbed me up and held me so tight.....as he cried........He told me "I love you lil mama".........He told me that he kinda figured he had messed up a great thing and he just didn't know what he had been thinking.....
He said as soon as he saw me he realized......."It's NO where close to being over" WTF???? :confused: I had gotten a room for the night and he wanted to go back there with me.......but I couldn't do it. :nono: I took him back to mama's house and drove away from my best friend! I cried! :cry: It broke my heart to leave him there. :broken:He has called me like 150 gazillion times and yes.......I thought about just driving back to get him but I decided that the best thing to do was to just give it some time. He has an Ex involved and Floyd is involved.........I don't want to hurt either one of them just because we are having some second thoughts now. I think it was just the excitement from seeing one another for the first time. But the chemistry was still there and smokin'! I don't know why I let that lil boy do that sh*t to me..........:argh::argh::argh:
All in all.....It was a wonderful visit with him.

Yesterday I had to go to work......he just sat with me there all day. Then we started the grill and some yard work. He is out mowing the grass right now. Girls....Girls.....Girls.......I can not tell you how good things are going around here! We have visited family & friends......worked around the ranch......ALOT!!! He is really helping me get things caught up......I am still not sure we are gonna do the relationship thing........BUT he says he IS getting his booty baby girl back and he ain't taking "no" for an answer! PERIOD! He is so damn cute! We are having a wonderful time just getting to hang out together again. I had forgotten how much he makes me laugh. Things are good!!!.....very good!

We haven't really gone on a vaction or anything.....just hanging out at the ranch and visiting friends and family. We have gone to play pool and we even went bowling......something he had never tried before.
It is so wierd to me sometimes..........my house smells like a man. LMAO......you know what I'm talking about if your man has already come home. He will get out of the shower and I can smell his clean smell for hours just radiating through my house.....I was so used to only smelling my own perfume.....it is very nice to smell his now! Isn't that the stupidest thing??? LOL
He eats very fast.... the kids give him a little static about that and he says he has gained like 10 pounds since he came home on the 8th. He got his drivers license yesterday....YAY!!!! So he is on his way to being completely legal! I am so proud of him. He is doing very good. I still look over at him from time to time and am STILL amzed that he is here with me. Robbie went to work this morning........YAY!!! He is doing soooo good. I am so proud of him and the way he handles everything. He seems to really be enjoying himself. He says "What was I thinking all those years of messing up?" :This IS the way life is supposed to be." Guess that means he likes the back and body rubs.......all of the attention........good food..........and most importantly....the laughter. Some of my friends that have recently had babies have came by.........He holds the babies and just looks at them.........He ooks so tender and gentle when he is holding them........I'm thinking he is wanting one of his own! I guess we will see how things go! (((hugs)))

Thanks Ashley & robs angel........He enjoyed his first day at work.......we went out and played last night. My brother (his new boss) took us out for dinner & drinks.....and of course some singing! We are a crazy bunch! We had a good time. I told him this morning that I am so glad that we are finallly playing "HOUSE".........beats the hell outa playing "PRISON" :-) Things are good!
