Barb,when we get approved to visit will they send us the dress code? I sent in my form and his Mother did also today.

Yes they should, I had to re sign up this year and I just got the paperwork back this week. :) I am going in July I can't wait I am so excited. I am going to try to get it scanned and put in here within the next couple of days. Love Barbara OH PS I asked for the extended visits and they said yes if it is not filled up the days that I go.

thats great news about your extended visits, I re filled in my form in Jan this year do you think I will need to renew it again?

No if they want you to fill out another one I think they tell you at your visit. They told me last year that I would need to do a new one for my next visit. Love Barbara
