Jail declares war on drug barons

THE new governor of Liverpool's Walton Prison is aiming to turn two wings into drug-free zones as part of a major initiative aimed at curing prisoners of addiction.

Walton has a major drugs problem, with everything from cannabis to heroin readily available behind bars, at a price.

yeaah each and every prison here says its doing something about the drugs...... they have been saying it for years. dont hold ya breath :)
