I think that website is for Outagamie County only, because I looked up Trey by his name, DOB, and DOC number and he is not an offender. I thought that since he's out, that he won't be on there anymore, so I checked a few other names of people I know are in prison and none of them showed up either. However, the DOC address is correct, and you can go onto the Circuit Court webpage to get everyone's criminal records, including traffic tickets.

Thanks for the info, TT, that's bigtime helpful!!! I was kind of afraid of that but since I didn't know anyone in the Wisconsin system I didn't have any way to check.

I think I am probably going to re-edit the top post and move those Vinelink URLs down here thanks to your swift assistance... I frankly am not too sure about the Vinelink system. I checked their info for here (Memphis, TN) and there were offenders that SHOULD have been in their system that weren't. So, other than the Massachusetts locator, since that state's official site is linking to Vinelink for their locator purposes (I wish some Massachusetts people who know people in that system would check it out to see whether it really does anything worthwhile)... I think for now I'm going to do some more playing around with Vinelink and watching and waiting to see if it gets any better than it is. Actually right now they do not have listings for very many states at ALL.

All you really need is the first and last name. I only have one traffic ticket out there, but I can see all of Trey's felonies (bulgaries) and how much time he was sentenced for the crime. It also says how much the ticket was if it's traffic. It's very cool!! Gave me some insight on people who I thought were innocent! :)
