I see a lot of members in this quiet little Va forum, but wondering if you are state or Federal. I was always told that once they leave the sentencing judge's jurisdiction, and become property of the state and get classified in the DOC, that the judge can't change it. va_baby_blues 01-27-2006, 11:58 AM from what I was told the judge can be asked to review it by a lawyer but most recent doing it ADORE77WINK 01-27-2006, 01:45 PM My fiance is at Brunswick Correctional.
