As of today we have 62 days till Herb leaves Texas and comes to finish his time in Florida. I am so excited that once he is in Florida I can see him all the time for 3.5 months.

I just wanted to share this with my PTO family. Him coming home to Florida from Texas is coming home to me at least.

I never thought we would get the Florida case settled so we would know a date that he would come home....

Just know no matter what I will always be here for my PTO family...

Jeanne you have no idea how happy I am to see this thread has finally began! Sis I've watched you count down the months till Herb comes back to Florida and we are so close now! Once he gets here, there is no doubt in my mind that those 3 1/2 months are going to fly by, because you'll be with him practically every weekend :) Take Patty's advice. OMG...I got a letter from Herb today that said honey by the time you get this it will be 56 days and I will be on chain to leave:)....I can't believe it..........this the best time of my life...well except for when he actually walks out of those gates for the last time.....

SIS, Trust me there is no way in heck that T is even going to NOT go with me. He has already asked if he can drive when we pick his dad up.

I just talked to Tallahasse and they will be in Texas either the third or 4th to pick him up and they will bring him right back to a State facility (prison). Once he is actually in the prison for me to call back and talk to Classification to have them look at his file to see if he is eligible for gain time, that if he is his release date in Florida will move up....:faint: , but I'm not holding my breath...

Reality slapped me in the face yesterday about us being on our last legs of the journey. Herb has been transfered to the Huntsville Unit were they do the releasing from (it's called the Walls), hopefully he will stay there until Florida comes gets him.....:faint:

Jeanne, Sorry I have not posted in a few days... everytime I have got on here the last two days it has gotten really busy and I had to get off, so I was only able to do a few post.:(

Anyways, it wont be long now girl! :D Is Herb still at the Walls Unit? I sure hope they don't move him around Texas too much before 3/4/06.. That is not that far off and I know Shane said it is a pain catching chain because of having to pack up and he said when he was at Middleton they put them in the "cage" to wait on the bus and they waited forever... But I am sure it don't matter as much to Herb because his move is getting him closer to you. When Shane had to move he knew it was just to a new joint..lol.. He said he will not mind the move to the Walls this time at all cuz he knows he is coming home!! I am sure that is how Herb feels.
