my husband writes to me faithfully at least twice a week and always has since he's been locked up. now its been over 2 weeks since i heard from him which is very unusual. even when he's been transferred to somewhere else it doesn't take this long for him to write. should i start to worry? he's in tehachapi. maybe something might be going on there, does anyone know?

Some of the prisons I have been in, when you get into some type of trouble, they "lock you down" and take all privelages away! That is the only thing I can think of, unless you wrote sometrhing that he didnt like, in your last letter. Then, it could be the "I'll show her" attitude. Hope this helped.

I would just call and try to talk to his couselor. I know that they can give you the run around....but just try it....sometimes the mail is backed up....also

Our youngest son is an inmate at Tehachapi and we have had no news in a few weeks, also no phone call. Last heard was they HAD BEEN on lockdown from Superbowl Sunday. Feeling very nervous as well. Further insight would be most appreciated.
