Centinela State Prison is located in Imperial, CA. The prison now allows all visitors to wear tank tops. No tank top style spaghetti straps. The tank tops with the 1 inch or so strap going across the shoulder. Be sure to stay away from blue, green, or all white. If wearing white is should have some kind of other color or design (none vulgar, gang related, etc.) You must now wear sandals with strap(s) in the back. Keep in mind that the Friend's Outside doesn't have many or any shoes to help you out with. Hope this helps anyone who visits at this prison.

Actuall they were trying to change the rule to you must have strap on back of sandals, but were unable to enforce it. So for now until further notice that rule is not being enforced.
