My all time natural high is LAUGHTER! And my husband of course! Oh yes and shopping too :D

Music,live music especially! Being at a show gives me the best feeling!

I'm with Cali. Live music. Being at a concert in the middle of 30,000+ all there for the same reason... Nothing like it.

Taking my dogs to the park at the break of dawn seeing their faces smile as they chase the squirls. both my dogs smile and thier joyful bliss is contageous.

a clean and neat house (how rare...lol)

Gonna be very truthful here I cant remember what mine are my life has become one blurr. Used to be quite time at home with family and kids, road trips on saturday without any notice but today I sit and I dont know sorry just being truthful

so many good ones here! I get a thrill out of a beautiful sunset, and music on the stereo, loud, that i like. dancing in the living room! doing things with kids, like sledding ,when they really enjoy themselves. tonight I went to friends from church's new years party. I had never been there. I went past downtown and the lights were beautiful. Then went on 52 over the river, with another beautiful view of downtown. Their house was right over looking the river. I found myself staring out the windows, trying to see if I would see any wildlife. they have bald eagles there a lot. Watching animals of all kinds play and just animal/ bird behavior is very enjoyable. Having a drink of any kind in a beautiful glass! art. beautiful gardens. fabrics and rubber stamping. I like to decorate my cheapy business envelopes as I watch tv. singing! listening to my younger daughter giggle with her friends. that brief kiss with my man that we are allowed is a thrill also. money that comes in the mail! lol

My natural high was always riding a good horse in competition, haven't done that in 8 years and I sure do miss it.

I love the gym, my natural high is getting on the treadmill and running like hell.

Pizza Hut Thin Crust Veggie pizza with sausage! yay! mmmmmm that's a high!

Just being around people that

And to know i got Serinty in

Listening to my cat purr.
Watching my dogs & cat interact.
Waking up and finding all my animals have found a spot on the bed curled
around me in one fashion or the other.
A hug and/or kiss from any one of my kids.
Leaving the blood bank. Even though I may feel like crap I know my
donation is sorely needed.
Each holiday that ends, because it is going to be the last one before he's
home.
A snowy day curled up on the sofa with a good book or a knitting project.
Visitation.

great thread. i always tell cody-my guy & my best friend that he is my favorite high. better than any drug ever was. just being around him gets me high-gives me energy and makes me happy. and laying next to him chills me right out.
