Can posts be removed from threads?

Yes..... look just below each post.... on the right hand side, there is an [edit/delete] and [quote]...

(but I think you can only delete your own posts...) or do us moderator-types have the ability to delete any posts in the forum we moderate?? hmmm... you would think I would know that....

the moderator can delete the posts in the threads they moderate. but you can always edit/delete your own posts, anywhere.

I guess a member didn't like what I had to say in a response posting to her yesterday based on what she wrote in my..."Doesn't seem to work" thread. She took her response out & now my response looks kind of stupid so I guess I will take mine out.

or you can edit yours...because I think your post is interesting. You could put a little note above it that this was a reply to a post that has been deleted...and write in short what the post was about?
