Does anybodys loved ones complain about not getting their mail at Ventress or it taking a long time to get to them. My fiance complains about me not getting the mail I send him.

Hopefully some one can answer this...Have you called and spoke with anyone from the mail room? My husband is at bullock and it can take 1 to 7 days before he gets his mail from me and he mailed me a letter before thanksgiving and I still haven't got it...

I have spoke to the mail room and of course they say they dont hold mail. I use to work at a county jail and by federal law jails or prisons are not supposed to hold mail any longer than 24 hours. But how do you prove that!

That is a good question...you know as well as i know they do hold mail...Do they have a new person in the mail room? I know sometimes that can delay mail

My husband has been at Ventress and he has always gotten my mail the day after I send it. Sometimes the 2nd day. So I guess no probelms here.

oh, Kenny has complained about not getting mail for YEARS now...LOL..it seems that every prison has their own way of "holding" up the mail..or is it just our men??? i'm sure they are slow to give it to them...

My son Jason is at Ventress, and I have never had a problem with him geting his mail....good luck

but they can only have 10 sent at a time.

my boyfriend gets his letters usually the next day, but it has taken three for him to get them.
