I was wondering if anyone knew the status of the early release program at Davis CF. I know Shahan was telling me he is now eligible for it, but that they stopped doing it right before he got to apply. He had heard that they were going to start it up again, and I am afraid that I am getting my hopes up only to be shot down. I'm not even sure how it works or what it entails. If anyone knows, I'd sure appreciate the info.

Jennifer I am curious as to where you heard that. I know there was a bill in the house to release some no violent offenders early on electronic monortioring but unfortunately that bill did not pass it was killed on the house floor May 30th in a vote of 47-49. I have the article on this legisilation if you would like to see it,If you have info to the contrary about the 1500 please let me know as it would most likey affect me and my hunny!
