i have done everything i could think to do and nothing is working.am i just dumb ? can anyone help me please im fusterated thanks

Hi Kim, no you are not dumb sometimes it is very hard to get loged on to the chat room, I took me over a month of trying. How are you? Is everything OK? Love Barbara

Go to the top of the screen, and you will see "Chat" at the very top, with the gallery, etc etc. Click on there, and that will direct you to chat. You have to put your username and password in again, and then you will be happily chatting away.

My screen doesn't have "Chat" or gallery at the top. Maybe I am on the wrong page or something??......

We just upgraded versions of PTO Friday and chat will be returning soon. It is currently not accessible.

the chat has it's own site now, and you will have to register on it. The site is www.prisonchat.net (http://www.prisonchat.net) Everyone is having issues with getting to it, but a few of us got it last night. I think most are using yahoo now.

prisonchat.net is not PTO's chat room. That is PTO's former chat room, which was sold several months ago and is these days run by someone else.

PTO's chat room (the same one members have been using for the last couple of months) will be returning shortly, as will everything else we will be re-adding since Friday's system upgrade.

Don't be so hard on Fed-X and our administrators :)
I'm sure they are doing their best to offer us this chat back...
They already offer us this wonderful web site... That's already a lot... No ? :rolleyes:
Just enjoy it and be patient... Keep cool and relax... :)

It's good to know it was not just me. The chat line did me a world of good. I really enjoyed myself chatting with everyone. Look foward to it coming back up.
