I just wanted to know if someone here tried using their services? They are a transportation service for family and friends of individuals that are incarcerated in CA. I was suppose to visit my fiance in Susanville today (Sunday) and guess what, i'm still in l.a. they told me that i will be picked up at 9:30 pm saturday. i waited and waited and no one came to pick me up! i've been trying to call them and left messages but no one has called me back yet! i paid $120 for this visit and we both looking forward for this day. i'm really upset and mad because my fiance will be waiting and expecting for me - he got excited for nothing.

I have never heard of this company, where did you get their name? Have you called the prison to see if they have ever heard of them? This is really bad and we need to find out about it ASAP. Love Barbara

I agree with Barb (shocking I know lol) This is really bad esp. since they took your $ and didn't come through with the promised ride!

It's a 10 hour drive from los angeles. i used to fly to Reno, rent a car and get a motel for a 3 day visit and cost me $700. i thought of driving there by myself but Marvin doesn't like the idea - for safety reasons. And I have not heard of any other service that provides transpo over to Susanville. Thank you guys for listening.:)

I did a Google search for this company, and found a website that lists them under "family support".

Man! That is not right! I will ask the ladies that visit from far away, to see if they have heard of this Company. I will also ask the prison for you too. I am there every weekend, and have met a few ladies that use a different service, I'll get the name. It is true that there is no route through Susanville, here people must go through Reno, then a shuttle takes you here. That is , if you come by Greyhound, or the like. Im so sorry that happened to you, and I will try to help you, by getting you some solid info., If there's anything else you need. please let me know.~
