You might try this web page.
Is he being paroled into Lackawanna county? If you could maybe state what county he is in and will be paroled to, we can be more helpful.

You guys have brought tears to my eyes.
I never expected to get rapid replies.
The past 4 years i've felt so alone in trying to work with my son in searching for help.
He's being paroled to Lackawanna County. The place is on Adams Ave., Scranton, Pa. I just can't get the name of it so he can contact them to arrange things.
I will go check out those sites now. Thank you all so very much. I don't feel lonely anymore :)

I have found two on Adams Ave in Scranton so try both and they should be able to help you or direct you in the right place.
SCRANTON COUNSELING CENTER, 326 ADAMS AVENUE, SCRANTON, PA 18503
MR. JOSEPH BUTTACCI
(570) 348-6100
and also a halfway house here:
228 Adams Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503. Phone: (570)342-7613
It appears they are affiliated with each other.
There is also a newpaper article from where I guess some people tried to get it closed down because of people coming there from prison. They lost by the way and its still there. You can read that article here (http://www.thetimes-tribune.com/site/news.cfm?newsid=15619039&BRD=2185&PAG=461&dept_id=416046&rfi=6)
