Can anyone give me some contact information or know of any resources for the Detention Center at Miramar.....

My Fiance' is being held over there and I would like to see him or contact him. I thought he was deployed to Iraq until his mom called me yesterday and told me they court marshalled him the day he was being deployed. If someone could point me in the right direction to get some answers I would greatly appreciate it.
