Just as a point of interest - I sent ringo some calendar pages I'd printed from the computer and he's not allowed to have them. He just called and said that I will be getting a letter from the institute along the letter I sent him with the pages included explaining what is allowed and what is not. When I get it I will post that info here. He's not sure if it's just because he hasn't been pen placed yet or not. He also has me on a mission to buy him a small tv and will be getting back to me as to how to get it to him. It has to be in an unopened box with the receipt taped to the top and must have a remote and sleep timer - no bigger than 14" and can't have a built in vcr or dvd. Also I have to get the cable and it must be no longer than 10 feet and must also be in an unopened package. Very specific aren't they!! lol Such a shame too as we have so many small tvs sitting here gathering dust! They're going to drown us in red tape!!

I will be interested as to why they wont let him have the calendar pages. It may be since he is still in reception and they have different rules there.
Most guys live for their tv's, its their connection to the outside world and passes a lot of time.

What annoyed me was that they didn't give him the letter that was in the envelope with the pages but are sending the whole works back. I'm sure that's just the way they do it but would it kill them to just pull the rejected pages out and give him the rest?? :( Well at least now I will finally be getting the "list"!
