My son wants me to write a letter to the judge and try to get him an early release. he has been in osceola correctional facuity since may 2005 Does anyone know if this has been done before.

Welcome to PTO! Sorry no one's answered your question so far. I've never heard of anyone doing that before, so I don't know anything about it. I would think it would take a heck of a lot more than a letter to a judge though to get an early release but I really don't know. Hopefully someone will come along with some info!
