Does anyone happen to know the who the CEO of CMS is? Or the names of their board of directors? I have soooo had it with them and the MDOC. I have already contacted an attorney. My husbands back has been broken twice since he has been in and though he is in alot of pain and his x-rays show that his spine is fusing together and narrowing and he was told be the x-ray tech that eventually if it is not taken care of he will be crippled. The MDOC and CMS have decided he is in prefect health and he needs to be on psych meds and stop complaining. They say he looks good while completely ignoring the x-rays. This is the exact same crap they pulled right before he had a heart attack and ended up in a world hospital in critical condition for two weeks. You look fine meanwhile his chest x-ray showed his heart had doubled in size and one lung had collapsed.:fb:

Check out their website as well as Spectrum Healthcare [I think CMS is a subsidiary of Sprectrum...or vice versa]. Whereever CSM has a substancial presence they typically have a state local office. This is the tough part; that is, finding the location of the State office.
Wish you well in your research and getting your husband's health status stabilized.

The thing that is bothering me most about all this is that on top of not getting proper medical care and cutting out everyones meds they are beginning to pass out psych drugs like candy. All you have to do is ask for them or if you bother them too much about your illness they want to dope you up. Just like a nursing home. Keep them quiet and they won't notice what is going on. Then this psych crap goes with you to the parole board. I have already heard from guys who say they have psych reports in their files and have never seen one or ever been tested. This is sometimes used against them. Or you are dumped out on the streets minus your psych drugs which are not to be cold stopped and boy if that don't mess them up. None of that matters in my husbands case but it burns me up and I want to try to do something about it. My attorney says that our case is a slam dunk. His x-rays show it all and for them to say he's fine and not in pain is just stupid on their part. His back made a loud crack and his whole left side went numb and they said oh, your okay take an asprin.
