CEDAR POINT Operating Hours 10 am to 10 pm
Soak City Hours - 10 am to 9 pm

Ticket prices:
Single day - must have 15 people
$33 per person aged 3 and older, 48” or taller.
$23 per child aged 3 and older, under 48” tall.
Children under the age of 2 are free.

Two Days - Two parks also must have 15 people
$64 per person aged 3 and older, 48” or taller.
$44 per child aged 3 and older, under 48” tall.
Children under the age of 2 are free.

Soak City only - 15 people minimum
$18per person aged 3 and older, 48” or taller.
$14 per child aged 3 and older, under 48” tall.
Children under the age of 2 are free.

If the minimum is not met, prices fall back to regular price - we will make EVERY effort to fill the minimums, but cannot guarantee that all will be fulfilled.

Since we will not be arriving all together, I will be mailing your tickets to you.

Please send your money (money order only please) NO LATER THAN June 9th, 2005 to me at the address below. Please print the form below and include it with your money. I will PM you upon receipt of your money.

A bunch of us stay at Bayshore Estates Campground, it's very nice, clean showers, and we have never had a problem with theft.

Well, I think I posted in the wrong thread before.

A bunch of us stay at Bayshore Estates Campground! It's very clean, lot's of shower buildings, nice size camp lots. The pool is clean and if you want to fish the lake is right there.

Hey there fellow PTO'ers... I can snatch up 4-6 riders, lieving from the Pontiac, MI area. As for music preferance; I am a citified country bumpkin. I am a non-smoker. $10 or so per person should cover gas both ways. :thumbsup:

I'll look into these ASAP..am also interested to hear where any other campers are staying so we aren't alone at the campground...

I just wanted to THANK YOU, for going out of your way to set all of this up! I feel like I should be responsible for some of this, since it was my suggestion. Let me know if I can help out in any way. I am sorry I couldn't do all the planning on my own, I have never planned a trip like this before. Most of the time my family or friends do all the planning and just invite me along, so I am kinda dumb-founded when it comes to all this! lol But thanks again! :)

I am willing to RIDE or PICKUP. Doesn't matter to me. I am going to have myself & my friend Jes in my car, so I could probably pick up 2 more people. Doesn't matter, I can pick up one person too if your all alone.

I don't smoke ciggarettes, but I don't mind if people smoke in my car. :) I listen to all kinds of music, mostly Country, R&B, Rap, Pop, and some rock.

I am leaving from Kalamazoo, Mi. It depends on how many people will be riding for the gas money situation. But It won't be more than 20 dollars per person, At the MOST! So PM me and let me know if you want to ride with, or pick up 2 passengers. I'm not positive what I will do yet, but I think I may end up driving. Who knows. :)

Camping? Did someone sa campng? WOO HOO. I LOVE TO CAMP! I am interested in knowing where otherrs plan on staying as well :)

We may want to reconsider dates. The packages I found do not cover the date we discussed. It'll run us $100>00 in gas one way, and then $235.00 per night to stay. This doesn't include food.
There is a package for june into July 1st that gets us into everything for $279.00 but there is a parking fee of $9.00 per day at the park.

At least have a ride on the "top thril dragster" for me, it was worth the 1.5 hr wait for me last time :D

As of right now, I'll probly be needing a ride. Unless I get my other car fixed before then. The truck may not make it there & back and I'd hate for something to happen.
If I do get my car fixed though, she's great on road trips and I can drive too.

And just to stay On topic, I have an air matress, blankets, know how to start fires ;) etc and love to camp. I don't know where I'll camp, but anyone who needs a place to sleep, let me know. No smoking in the tent.

Yes, we eat the fish out of Lake Erie here! Bayshore Estates is the Campgroud that is right by the causeway over to Cedar Point! Like I said, we have been going there for years. I only live about an hour and twenty minutes from Cedar Point myself. If anyone has anymore questions ask away!

Whenever I go to Cedar Point with my family we always stay at the campgrounds right there on the CedarPoint grounds. It's VERY nice, but you have to have a Motorhome or trailer of some sort to stay there I beleive. I don't think they allow you to just camo out in tents unless you are staying on a lot with somone who is staying in a motorhome. So that is something you all might want to check in to. I have also stayed in the Lakeshore Cabins that are right there on the campgrounds, facing the lake. They are SOOO nice, I HIGHLY reccomend them! :) :) ALSO if you stay in the campgrounds, you are in walking distance to the gate to Cedar Point, you get to go in I beleive a half hour before everyone else and its really conveiniant if you want to come back to the campsite and cook out for lunch instead of spending tons of money on "fair" food in the park. you can go to an from the campground and the park as much as you like, I LOVE it! :)

hi just wondering how the response is going on people going to cedar point, i will be there, i just bought mine and my sons season passes for there. there was a mention of bay shore, that campground is awesome, i stay there all the time but my friend who owns a camper there said it was going to be sold and didn't know if it was still gonna be a campground. they won't know till april when the season starts. if people are looking for lodging don't stay right in sandusky go a little farther out and it will be ALOT cheaper.

right now, just me, but I did invite one of my girlfriends to come along if she can get a sitter. I'll know for sure around the middle of june about that.

Donna (shiva65) and I (a coupla massholes) are planning a road trip to make it to the cedar point thingy...I cant even look at rides or i vomit, so i will enjoy and stay at camp but Donna would like to go to Cedar Point...

Is anyone else camping and where? we are thinking of leaving here thursday morning to get there late thursday aft, camp thru the weekend and maybe head down to Indidna on sunday...head back after a visit on monday....

I'd like to camp as well because I am too cheap to be able to afford a hotel room so I will pitch a tent somewhere. I haven't had time to look up campsites in the area. I know that there is one right behind Cedar Point but I don't think I will be staying at that one. I'll let you know if I find anything when i get the chance to look

I love this amusement park it is the best I think I might just fly down I went for 4th of july last year with my dad who lives in ohio but I think I may do it again this year Do I have to bring 15 people though I didn't understand that part? Oh and can we rent jet ski's I know they have them available.

Anyone thinking of roadtripping it from california it's worth it if you have never been I went last year twice because my dad lives over there but I am so gonna take matt when he gets out its like up there on my things to do list. But yeah I would love to carpool I think its like a two day trip if not I think there are cheap plane tickets

No you dont have to bring 15 people, Just bring who wants to go. We need at least 15 people for each ticket option to get the discount. It looks like we should be able to go. For example...I am buying at least three tickets for both days/parks. Thats three already out of 15. I know of another who is getting at least two. That means we need confirmation for 10 more etc.

I think that we will do this also, I will have 4 or 5 folks with me for tickets will let you know more closer to time...thanks for the information.... I am in southwestern Indiana very close to Cincinnati ...

Well...today is Wednesday the 6th of July...Cedar Point is this Saturday....Do we have an idea of who is coming??

Darn it! I just missed the PTO Cedar Point get together! It's 7/11/05 and I am just now looking at this thread! I hope you guys had fun! I'm close to Chicago, maybe we can have another get togethwer at Six Flags Grat America! My school is selling tickets for only $20 each, and that includes the rides and the huge new water park. My family and I are going 7/28 and 7/29, and then we are going to Door County Wisconsin 7/30-8/2. That's when I have my summer school break (7/28-8/2). So if there are going to be anymore get togethers, let me know! How was Cedar Point? I never heard of that place until now, I went to the website though and it looks like a lot FUN!

I've just realized no one has posted at all about this multi state g2g and wondered who went and who met who, etc.

Unfortanately I wasn't able to attend the Cedar Point trip because of serious money issues!! But i was curious how it went, and who all showed up. I have been looking for posts about it ever since sunday night, I'm just dying to know! lol I hope whoever went took lots of pictures and that maybe someone can post them on here for all of us who were'nt able to make to see. I hope everyone had a blast! I wanna hear all about it!!

Allk I can tell you is that Angeltob and I went to Cedar Point. Don't have a clue if anyone else went. Everyone seemed to say they were going but when the time got closer no one really said concretely that they were. Angeltob and I had a blast though. Too bad we couldn't have met some other PTO members there.
