I need help!! :confused: A friend from years ago has been calling my parents (where he last knew I lived) collect, looking for me. I had no idea he was in prison, I would like to get in touch with him because he has been trying to get in touch with me. I live in Alberta, Canada and he is in Washington State Prison. I have no idea how to get in touch with him. Can anyone help me?

His name is Travis Picard and like I said he is in Washington State Prison.

It does not appear that Washington State has a Prisoner Look Up on the Internet.

I would suggest that you call the prison and ask for his DOC number and then you would have to write him a letter. There is no other way for you to get in touch other than to ask your parents to give him your phone number the next time that he calls. Get his DOC number and make sure that you put that on the envelop when you write him - place it after his name.

He may not be able to call you right away if they have a phone list as he may have to wait for the next time that he can update his phone list.

Writing is the best and really the only way.
