Hi,
I know about the machine you are talking about. I want to tell you to make sure that you wash your hands after your sign in. And don't touch anything else. If you have money, don't put it into your pockets because 90% of all currency will test positive for drugs. Therefore some residue may be inside your pockets, which i turn inside out when I wash them. I always wear fresh clothes out of the washing machine and I touch nothing until I pass that faulty machine. I read somewhere that the BOP can't even use this machine on the CO's at the prison because the unions won't tolerate it's members being subject to it's unreliable analysis. But somehow us family members are fair game. This entire system stinks, we have to stick together and fight them all the way.
Good luck,
Ms. Joe

Most of these instant response tests have manufactuer disclaimers that indicate they are are unreliable and must be confirmed by a laboratory test.
The problem is that many facilities refuse to perform the required confirmation test.
This should be challenged!!!!
We have a member who has filed suit in this regard. She has all the documentation, including federal appropriation statements that require states to follow the manufactuer's instructions.
Feel free to contact us: director@advocareflash.org

I will forward emails to those who are currently challenging instant test results.
