I signed because I believe in my heart that is the right thing to do. My fiance is looking at the 3 strikes law, while he is sitting in a Federal Holding Unit as I write this. He's a good person, with many great ideas and good intentions most of the time. He just made some mistakes, because of drugs. I feel that the federal government should put up more money for drug rehabilitation, rather than more funding to house more incarcerated inmates. Aloha, Kaleilehua.
