We introduced our unique model of service driven prison art projects in 1994, providing T-shirts and baby quilts for under privileged children, and Valentines for Veterans. The art classes were for women at the Monroe County Detention Center in Key West, Florida. A class for male inmates began in November, 2001, thanks to a partnership grant between:
