Yes OCI is definitely a great facility with programs designed to make a signficant difference in the life of an inmate who wishes to really address his issues. I would recommend it over the other institutions any day. As for Penitangusihene, avoid that place like the plague or, at least, until itgets its act in order. Up to now all they do is warehouse offenders and that does nothing to assist an offender to reintegrate society. Up until recently it had been privatized but has since been taken back by the province when they determined the level of services were far less than adequate.
