I was just wondering...does anybody's loved one's wear their wedding rings in prison? Mine says he's afraid to wear it because he's afraid that somebody might try and take it resulting in a fight. Does anything find that is the case? Thanks for the info.

My husband wears his. he never takes it off. as long as your man doesnt take it off he should be fine. But my man is at a low key prison with only 300. So that stuff generally doesnt happen.

My husband wears his too. He has a band with diamonds in it. No problems were he is.

I am soon to be married and my fiance is allowed to wear a plain wedding band and says he will never take it off. I have not heard of anyone having a problem with wearing their wedding ring.:)

Thanks for the input. Now my hubby will feel safe wearing his. I really wanted him to be able to wear it...after all a wedding ring is a symbol of unbroken love...it has no beginning and no end. In a place like prison our men need every ounce of encouragement and inspiration that they can get. Plus it will make me feel better knowing that my man is proud to be married to me. Thanks again everybody! :)
