That These Re-entry Programs Do Work To Reduce Recidivism Among Inmates Who Participate.
So In My Assgniment I Have To Come Up With An Argument Support Or Differ On Three Levels 1. Good Or Bad 2. Valid Or Invalid 3. Strong Or Weak And I Donnot Have A Clue What To Do And I Need To Explain How I Came Up With The Assessment. If Anyone Can Just Give Me An Insite I Would Very Much Apperciate It.

Look at your paper and the case you are presenting. Find some key points you are using...

For example... say that you are stating that since these programs have been in effect, that the recividism rate has dropped by 2%. Then argue that perhaps it is NOT caused by the programs, but just a natural change. Then find some statistics to show the recividism rates for those who participate and those who do not split up.

It's just kinda like picking your own arguments apart.

You might also come up with some specific cases to back up or disprove your claim. If you know someone who has been though one of these programs you can interview them and include that in your report. Just make sure that you do not base the entire report on one personal interview.
