Stanley says that if he gets out it is God's will and if he is executed that is God's will. I guess Stanley has a better chance with God than with the so called justice system. His case is now before a federal judge. His first federal appeal and this is when the "fun" starts. I am not too confidente that his appeal for a new tiral will be granted now, I think our best shot will be in the 6th circuit. He has some REALLY good issues and claims of innocence and I hope they will give him a re-trial eventually. If he does - then they have to let him go. No doubt about that. So I hope people will keep signing this petition and both Stanley and I thank you that already have!!!! |
