Hi everyone. My name is mike. I got sentenced to 37 months in Morgantown FCI. I would like any info anyone has on what I can expect their. I also need to know if I can bring in e contacts with me in their. And lastly I was reccomended for the drug program. Is their anything further I need to do when I surrender to insure I get in the program? Also, if I complete the program can anyone estimate how much time I would appoximately do?

Welcome to PTO.
On a 37 month sentence with RDAP (provided you get the full 12 month sentence reduction and 6 months of 1/2 way house time) you will serve 21 months and 1 week in BOP Custody (1/2 way house + time inside) and should be elegible for the 1/2 way house after serving 16.25 months "behind the walls".

Sorry to say contacts aren't allowed by the BOP. Also be sure at your initial team meeting to discuss the RDAP since you will be pretty much at the 36 month eligibility.

They will not discuss RDAP with you any sooner than the 30 month mark and you cannot start any sooner than the 27 month mark.
27 months = 9 months RDAP class + 12 Month sentence reduction + 6 month 1/2 way house.
