BIG YAH!! Well Lee wrote yesterday and enclosed two visitor forms...one of me and Morghann!! WOO HOO!! I'm pumped. I can't wait to touch him (almost 2 years since i've done that!) And i know he can't wait to see Moe..she has gotten SO big since he has seen or even help her last. I can't belive they make you fill out a form for an 18 month old :blah: . Stupid if ya ask me. Oh well. Thought i would share the FANTASTIC news!!

Well that didn't take long at all!! Just remember to be honest about your little one's felony record. They always have a way of finding out if she's been dealing Similac formula with the wrong crowd on the playground :p

Girl you crack me up!! I had to laugh about all that stuff that they make you fill out for the kiddo's I mean really...in the weight spot 25pds height..NO idea...2 feet??! Who knows now...more waiting. LoL story of my life!

At least the form is a step in the right direction!

I remember a case from bus law in college where some guy sued an insurance co. for not paying on a life ins policy he bought for his goldfish. The thing was he filled out the form correctly like weight in grams - height in centimeters-- race: gold--
Anyway they issued a policy -- he paid it monthly and of course they got all pissed when a year later the fish dies and didnt want to pay. (it was like for 100,000 or so)
He actually won-- but don't try it there's precendence to keep that sort of thing from happening again.
But you're talking about filling out the form for your daughter reminded me of that!

Who told you that you had too? Call where hes at and talk to his case manager..
I have been taking Tony's son to see him for the last 4 yrs NO visit form heck for 2 of those years I didn't even have custody of him and they let me bring him in ...no questions asked. He did have to show his ID when he turned 16 WHICH he was proud to do :)
They have even let me bring my God Grandbaby to see him no questions asked cept who she was...she was 1 I said our grandbaby they said Ok.

TxRennee- is that at OSP or Talawanda? Just asking because they tend to turn a lot of people with kids away over there without all the forms filled out and documents... last time I visited they did in fact. Probably better just to have them on file - especially if they asked for them... it's a long trip just to get turned away over whatever 'rule' they decide to invoke at the time!! Trust me I've gone rounds with these people.

I hope they don't dick me off (excuse my lingo) i'll be PISSED!! I mean i filled out everything except her height on her form..but i'm sure they will realize she's a baby if they have any sense at all over there.

Welp my hubby has been at Holdenville...I took Step son no papers...Ft Supply Ok....Took step son no papers....Lexington LARC took step son no papers ...and now Enid..He has his DL now though and Enid does check it. I have heard you don't need a visitors list for haldf way houses :) woooohooooo We are on the way to our in 2 weeks.
