just curiouse if anybody has paid for their loved one to get their high school diploma from continental academy? I payed for husband to get his, they sent him his books and test and he had the diploma in like two months. The counsler at his prison recommended it and said that he would get a year time cut. I called the education board at doc and they said they don't get time cuts for going through continental. Now this is seeming like a big sceam to me. Especially after 400.00. Sorry I just am confused and don't know what to do.

I'm sorry that what you paid for wasn't recognized. Who suggested that you get the course from that company.

That is expensive! I know it is difficult to get an answer from the counselor, but I would try and call someone at his prison, and see what if anything, can be done.

I know they can also get a 6 month time cut for a Substance Abuse course, if they take the test, and are found to benefit from it.

I wish you and your husband the best with all of this. I hope he is able to come home sooner.

thank you, it was his counsler who told him about the program so i don't know where to begin. i guess there is nothing else i can do. thanks for the help though. it's as if you are so alone
