Does inmates smoke at any of the federal prisons?
Are they allowed outside for fresh air,
Do they have to sneak and smoke?????

I know they get outside, my fiance is there and goes out walking with several of his roomies every morning. I would assume that is one of the things they can purchase at the commisary but you will pay dearly. just a simple pair of sweat pants are 24.00... they have a double dip system going. first they make the guys work and take most of the pay for restitution and then they nail them for the rest by over charging at commissary.
