My husband has been in Brickeys since 10/14/05 I have written him almost everyday sometimes twice a day. I just got a letter from him wanting to know when I was going to send him a letter. Why is he not getting his mail? I went on the ADC website and there is another Inmate at the same location with almost the same name except for 1 letter but I thought that was the whole point of putting their ADC # on the envelope. This is the first time he has ever been to prison and I have no way of communicating with him if he is not getting my letters. He does not call so he does not run up the phone bill so what am I supposed to do about getting a letter to him?:(

Call Consitituent Services and explain the problem to them. Be sure that you have the correct address and the correct ADC# and see if there is anyway they can look into the matter. At least it's a place to start.

Yes, the mail at Brickeys has been horrible since the last holiday that we had. It is slowly starting to straighten out, but it's horrible and there is another holiday coming up - I hope they get things straightened out and don't get to messed up during the holidays.
