ItsJohnnysGirl 10-28-2005, 10:30 AM well. my Johnny was approved for an FI-2 and I called and the lady said in January he will get out. welll his grandmother called me, and thats who he will be living with, and she said some man called her and told her he wil be getting put as soon as he is done with the paper work on Johnny, which will be in 2 weeks, OMG! wow! so, is this true. My husband had an F-3 for May, but he gets to come in two weeks also. I was told by the Ombudsman's office it was regarding some new law that passed. Im sorry brainiac 11-11-2005, 01:08 AM FI is just a parole code FI-1 used to mean within 30-45 days...FI-2 meant 45-60 days...and so on so forth..any FI is good! It means parole was approved. Whats bad is Serve All, and DMS, denied Mandatory... jojacks 11-11-2005, 07:56 AM My grandson was in Erath County Jail for 7 months and was sent to Gurney over 3 weeks ago. He had his IPO interview 2 weeks ago and she told him the report from the county jail was not favorable - he is a rebellious 18 yr. old. How much does this weigh on his parole review if this is is first offense.
