My boyfriend was just transferred to DVI in Tracy and I wanted to know if anyone knew the process for the reception center.

Hello, Welcome to PTO. You'll find a lot of good information and support on here. Yeah, DVI is not a good place. But at least he'll only be there for a short time hopefully. The mail is very slow. They can't make phone calls. My husband said it was really dirty there. He hated it. He has been there and two a few other prisons, but he said the conditions there are the worst. It is much better once they mainline. Good luck and be patient.:)
