:) Does anyone know how long it takes to get approved on a visitation list? I used to be on my brother's list but recently got off so I can see my fiance'. When I applied to be on my brother's list I lived in Florida and sent it in a couple of months before I came to visit. I've applied to be on James list before and was denied b/c of the policy about being on two inmates list. Before they denied me as soon as they received my application and he'd call or write and tell me. Well I sent the application off last week and he wrote me Friday. He didn't say a word about me being denied. Please pray that I get approved. I want to see him this Saturday.

Hey there! I took my application to visitation with Dave a week ago Sunday. I talked to him this past Sunday, and he hasn't heard about it yet. I will talk to him again tomorrow (Wed) night. Hopefully, I will be approved. I have 30 days to visit with him before I must have approval. Since he is Class 2, my next visit is scheduled for November 6th. Where is your James? My hubby is in Cummins! I'm in Cabot, so we are neighbors.:D We'll pray that your approval comes through ASAP!!!:thumbsup:

Hey! I sent mine off about 4 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back yet. Does it usually take this long? Is there anyone I can call to see what the hold up is? I know that they will inform the inmate when they approve/deny, but I can't imagine what is taking so long. . . . :mad:

I heard from Dave tonight. He still hasn't heard if my papers have been approved. Hopefully, we will hear something before November 6th. I handed it to a CO who did the intake at visitation a week ago this past Sunday. I wonder if I should have mailed it in??????? :confused:
