Hi! I am brand new to this. Taking a little of time to try and figure it out. My son was transferred to Glossbrenner on Oct. 13, 2005. I would love to find out any information about Glossbrenner and the SAFPF program. Thanks

My husband is at Glossbrenner and he is doing well there. I think it is a good place for anyone looking to overcome addiction. Visitation are Saturday and Sunday from 8-5. Visits are contact, for two hours, but only one visit per weekend and two adults per visit. You can bring as many kids as you want to a visit. Dress code is just conservative. I have yet to see any posted guidelines. You can bring $20 worth of quarters in a plastic bag for vending machines. Have a valid id. It's pretty laid back. I thought it would be much more strict and scary, but it's ok. If you have any more questions feel free to ask me.

Thanks Christina for the info! This site has been wonderful and I am feeling better about all of this. It is hard to be so far away from one of my sons, since we are a very close family. I pray that this will be the last of my sons problems and he will leave this situation with the strength to become the best he can be. He is a good kid and I love and miss him a lot.
