My husband, James is at Beckley. He heard a rumor that a ruling was passed that would allow credit for time spent on pre-trial home confinement. (He has 7 months worth, with only 3 1/2 time remaining on his sentence.) I called his lawyer and couldn't get an answer, researched the web and couldn't find anything. Is there any truth to this?
