My husband was court appointed to take the RDAP at Yankton FPC and today he found out that he doesn't meet the qualifications. Is there anything we can do about this? They said that since he doesn't have a criminal record and that all of his tests were neg. he doesn't qualify. So I guess if you've been clean for a long time you don't get commended for that, :confused: only those that are still using have a chance at a lesser sentence? Is this fair??? Please anyone have any answers on what we can do??? Is there any way of a reduction of his sentence in any other way, besides his good time of course? What about parole, does this still exsist- (he is in for conspiracy and he's a first time offender.) I hope I did this right -I'm new to this whole thing. thanx!
