My fiancee is being released on 01/22/06, (Sunday)from Old Folsom. Does anyone know what time frame we are looking at for him to actually be out? This isnt his first go around in the system but each facility he has been to had different release times and he hasnt been in since 2003, so much as changed. This is his first time he is listed "as risk" and is being released on a Sunday instead of his actual date on Friday. Does it make release faster? He is not a frequent flyer to be nice about it, and I'm trying to make this as simple as possible for him and not have the hassell of missing a plane and being put on stand by.
Thanks SO Much!

Regarding visiting. It depends on whether he has contact visits or non-contact visits (behind glass). Non-contact visits are by appt. Contact visits you just show up beginning at 6:30AM to get a number for visitor processing. Processing starts at 7:30AM and you can visit until 2:30pm Saturday and Sundays. You should call the prison to check that they aren't on lockdown before driving up there.
