Well, let's see.

Vocabulary words, if you don't have an assigned list of words to look for are usually those words that are unusual or that you don't know the meaning of.
Key Concepts are basically the main ideas of the article.
Author's position is the point of view of the writer (and their opinion if they state one.)
Observations can be more notes than it took to write the article or just a few key phrases jotted down. It depends on what you need them for and what you will use them for later. For example, if you will have to explain the article to someone else, you will probably want more notes, but if you are just making notes to remind yourself, you'd probably do well with just a few key words.

Is This A Good Ezample Of Key Concept- With The Re-entry Program There Are 3 Key Elements Mentoring, Transitional Housing. And Job Training To Be Successful. With The Funding There Are No Future For The Inmates?
Author- There Are Decrease Funding In Re-entry Program And With The Problems Comes Lack Of Support For The Inmates.
