I wish it was. But take a look at the last few weekly reports and you will see that it has been this was for weeks, steadily rising. I cannot believe they are getting away with this sh*t! Prisons designed capacity is 1 inmate per cell even though there are 2 beds. So most prisons are at 200% right from the start. Then they put beds in the gyms. Those are extra. Then the new beds in the dayrooms, extra. I agree that the numbers are off the hook but we are not suffing 6 inmates in a 2 man cell. Off the hook is right, whew!:eek: |
